The Road Classification (Thames County Council) Notice No. 1, 1972
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicles Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Thames County Council) Notice No. 1, 1972.

The Thames County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

The notices dated 22 September 1961† and 24 December 1969‡ which relate to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.

Licensing Unit Subdivisions Ltd. to Occupy a Site for an Outfall at Charcoal Bay, Waitemata Harbour
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, the Executive Officer, Harbours, Foreshores, and Pollution Section, Marine Department, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Marine and Fisheries, pursuant to section 265A of the aforesaid Act, hereby licenses and permits Unit Subdivisions Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore, bed of the sea at Charcoal Bay, Waitemata Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 14617 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon an outfall as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 2 years from the 1st day of May 1972.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be ten dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be six dollars ($6).
