PURSUANT to section 175 (2) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises Sir Woolf Fisher and Mr Maurice Paykel to reclaim from the Tamaki River, Waitemata Harbour, an area of 1 acre and 3 roods, more or less, of Crown foreshore, as a public reserve to be vested in the Manukau City Council; as shown coloured red on plan M.D. 14593 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

O R D E R

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Taupo Hydatids Control District Order 1972.

(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

2. The respective districts of the County of Taupo and the Borough of Taupo as from time to time constituted are hereby declared to be united to form a hydatids control district to be called the Taupo Hydatids Control District.

3. The Taupo Hydatids Control Authority is hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the Taupo Hydatids Control District.

3. The Southland County Council is hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the Southland County-Gore Borough Hydatids Control District.

Appointment of the Otago and Southland Play Centre Association Incorporated to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Otago and Southland Play Centre Association Incorporated to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a site for education (pre-school) purposes.
