The Milk Delivery Allowances Notice 1969, Amendment No. 2
Pursuant to the Milk Act 1967, the Milk Prices Authority
hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
(i) This notice may be cited as the Milk Delivery
Allowances Notice 1969, Amendment No. 2.
(ii) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of
February 1972.
(iii) This notice is given after consultation with the Minister
of Agriculture.
(iv) This notice amends the Milk Delivery Allowances
Notice 1969* (hereinafter referred to as “the principal notice”)
as varied by the Milk Delivery Allowances Notice, Amendment
No. 1† -
The principal notice is hereby further varied by revoking
items numbered 1 and 2 in the Schedule thereto and replacing
the same with the following: -
Delivery to shop dairies for resale
-
Delivery to commercial users or consumers in
quantities of—
(a) Less than 2 gallons per delivery
(b) 2 gallons and over, but less than 10 gallons per
delivery
(c) 10 gallons and over, but less than 30 gallons
per delivery
(d) 30 gallons and over per delivery

The Road Classification (Manawatu County) Notice No. 1,
1972
Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969* the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the
following notice.
NOTICE
-
This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
(Manawatu County) Notice No. 1, 1972. -
The Manawatu County Council's proposed classification
of the road/s as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby
approved. -
The notices dated 10 May 1961, 2 September 1966,
14 August 1969, 7 April 1970, and 16 March 1971, which
relate to the classification of the roads described in the
Schedule hereto, are hereby revoked.

MANAWATU COUNTY

ALL roads under the control of the Manawatu County Council
except those listed in Class II below.

DUNCAN ROAD, Fagan Road, Fairfield Road, Foxton-Shannon

Licensing Anne Ruth Moses to Occupy a Site for a Sewage
Outfall at Stockyard Bay, Kawau Island
Pursuant to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, the
Executive Officer, Harbours, Foreshores, and Pollution Section,
Marine Department, acting under a delegation from the
Minister of Marine and Fisheries, pursuant to section 265A
of the aforesaid Act, hereby licenses and permits Anne Ruth
Moses (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall
include her administrators, executors, or assigns unless the
context requires a different construction) to use and occupy
a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Stockyard Bay,
Kawau Island, as shown on plan marked M.D. 14618 and
deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington,
for the purpose of maintaining thereon a sewage outfall as
shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed
by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions
set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 2 years from the 1st
day of May 1972.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be ten
dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee
shall be six dollars ($6).

Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities
Pursuant to section 3 of the Local Authorities Loans Act
1956 (as amended by section 3 (1) of the Local Authorities
Loans Amendment Act 1967), the undersigned Assistant
Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to
the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance,
hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities
mentioned in the Schedule hereto of the whole or any part
of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.
