PURSUANT to powers delegated to me by the Comptroller of Customs under section 9 of the Customs Act 1966, and pursuant to Section 32 of the Customs Act 1966, I, Michael John O’Connor, the Collector of Customs at Auckland, hereby appoint the place described in the First Schedule hereto to be a place for the examination of goods subject to the control of Customs, and I revoke the appointment* of the place described in the Second Schedule hereto as a place for the examination of goods subject to the control of Customs.

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby proclaims as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Railway land being parts of the land comprised and described in Gazette, 1912, p. 958, Proc. 788, and C.T. 64/142.

Situated in Blocks X and XI, Kairanga Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 25374 (S.O. 28130) deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
