PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road from and after the 15th day of May 1972.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated the 6th day of March 1972 and published in Gazette, 16 March 1972, No. 24, p. 543, declaring land acquired for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land, and pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928 hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 15th day of May 1972.
