Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, being satisfied that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been vested in the Crown, hereby declare the said land to be Crown land.
SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land situated in Block XVI, Mangaoparo Survey District, and Block IV, Mata Survey District:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electricity works and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Tauranga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of May 1972.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Hobson as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of May 1972.
