EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, No. 1D/1254 (South Auckland Registry), over that parcel of land containing 2 roods and 0.8 of a perch, more or less, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan S. 8073 and being part Ngapuna ID1 Block in the name of Smith and Brown (Rotorua) Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Rotorua, having been lodged with me together with an application S. 554508 to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
