Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1972, No. 15.
- The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
- The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of the notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto the lands described in those notices were declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellations of those lands have been changed by subsequent order of the Maori Land Court and they are now known by the description set out in the Second Schedule hereto; and whereas it is desired to replace the notices aforesaid by a further notice referring to the lands under the current appellation:

Approval of Revolving Amber Light for Certain Vehicles Used for the Blast Chilling of Railway Wagons
PURSUANT to subclause 6 of regulation 39 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, the Secretary for Transport hereby approves the fitting of one revolving yellow or amber light on any bulk carbon dioxide road tanker subject to the following conditions:
- The light must be lowered completely out of sight when the vehicle is operated on a road.
- The light may be used only while the vehicle is blast chilling railway wagons on wharves and in railway yards in the vicinity of shunting operations.

The Road Classification (Westland County) Notice No. 1, 1972
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Westland County) Notice No. 1, 1972.
- It is hereby declared, as required by the National Roads Board, that the road as set out in the Schedule hereto shall belong to the class set out in the said Schedule.
- So much of the notice dated the 20th day of November 1967† as relates to the classification of the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
