Officers Authorised to Take and Receive Statutory Declarations
PURSUANT to section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957,
His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to
authorise the holders for the time being of the offices in the

Fairlie High School Board of Governors Notice 1972
PURSUANT to section 54 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister
of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Fairlie High School
    Board of Governors Notice 1972.
    (2) This notice shall come into force on the 12th day of
    September 1972.
  2. There shall be a Board of Governors for Fairlie High
    School which shall be constituted as follows:
    (a) One member appointed by the Canterbury Education
    Board;

(b) Eight members elected by parents of pupils attending
the school of whom two shall be elected by parents
resident within the Albury State Primary School
district, one shall be elected by parents resident within
the Lake Tekapo State Primary School district, and
5 shall be elected by parents resident within the
Fairlie State Primary School district, the said State
Primary School districts being those defined in accordance
with the provisions of the Education Act 1964;
and
(c) Two members co-opted by the Board of Governors itself,
if and when it thinks fit.
3. The Canterbury Education Board shall cease to control
Fairlie High School and the sole control of that school shall
be vested in the Board of Governors constituted by clause 2
of this notice.

Hillcrest High School Board of Governors Notice 1972
PURSUANT to section 54 of the Education Act 1964, the
Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Hillcrest High School
    Board of Governors Notice 1972.
    (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of
    August 1972.
  2. There shall be a Board of Governors for Hillcrest High
    School which shall be constituted as follows:
    (a) One member appointed by the South Auckland Education
    Board;
    (b) Seven members elected by the parents of pupils attending
    the school;
    (c) One member appointed by the Hamilton City Council;
    and
    (d) One member co-opted by the Board of Governors itself,
    if and when it thinks fit.
  3. The South Auckland Education Board shall cease to
    control Hillcrest High School and the sole control of that
    school shall be vested in the Board of Governors constituted
    by clause 2 of this notice.

Birkdale College Board of Governors Notice 1972
PURSUANT to section 54 of the Education Act 1964, the
Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Birkdale College
    Board of Governors Notice 1972.
    (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of
    July 1972.
  2. There shall be a Board of Governors of Birkdale College
    which shall be constituted as follows:
    (a) One member appointed by the Auckland Education
    Board;
    (b) Six members elected by the parents of pupils attending
    the school;
    (c) One member appointed by the Birkenhead Borough
    Council;
    (d) One member appointed by the Council of the Auckland
    Technical Institutes; and
    (e) Two members to be co-opted by the Board of Governors
    itself, if and when it thinks fit.
  3. The Northcote College Board of Governors shall cease
    to control Birkdale College and the sole control of that school
    shall be vested in the Board of Governors constituted by
    clause 2 of this notice.
