THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

EVIDENCE having been furnished to me of the loss of outstanding duplicates of certificates of title described in the Schedule below and applications having been made to me to issue provisional certificates of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such provisional certificates of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

SCHEDULE

1. Mary McGruddy, of Mangamahoe, spinster, being the registered proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 2 acres 3 roods 12 perches, more or less, situate in Block XIV, Mangaone Survey District, being Sections 17 and 18, Mangamahoe Village, being all certificate of title 758/10 (Wellington Registry). Application 911537.

2. John St. Leger Simpson, of Palmerston North, aircraft engineer, being the registered proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 35.85 perches, more or less, being part Section 889, Town of Palmerston North, and being also Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 25290, being all certificate of title 8C/52 (Wellington Registry). Application 912634.

3. Charles Honeyman, of Wangaehu, farmer, being the registered proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 39.92 perches, more or less, being part Section 227, right bank Wanganui River, and being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 7142, being all certificate of title 322/278 (Wellington Registry). 4. Alexander Gilchrist, of Wellington, master plumber, being the registered proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 32.95 perches, more or less, being part Section 18, Owhiro District, and being Lot 17, Block IV, on Deposited Plan 1854, being all certificate of title 7A/350 (Wellington Registry). Application 911380.

5. George Henry Murland, of Paraparaumu, builder, and Charles Raymond Spackman, of Paraparaumu, chartered accountant, being the registered proprietors of all that parcel of land containing 32 perches, more or less, being part Section 1, Block IX, Town of Paraparaumu, and being Lot 24 on Deposited Plan 32061, being all certificate of title 8D/998 (Wellington Registry). Application 912662.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Volume 35, folio 124 (Nelson Registry), for 23 perches, more or less, situated in the City of Nelson, being Lot 13 on Deposited Plan 341, in the name of Joseph Leonard Nicholas, of Nelson, fruit inspector, having been lodged with me together with an application 140252 for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE of the loss of memorandum of mortgage 174176 affecting the land in certificate of title, Volume 351, folio 212 (Otago Registry), whereof Gordon Alexander Pine, of Dunedin, sign serviceman, is the mortgagor, and Henry Lewis Gibson and Francis William Guest, both of Dunedin, solicitors (now deceased), are the mortgagees, having been lodged with me together with an application to register a transmission and to issue a provisional mortgage in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional mortgage and register a transmission of that mortgage upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
