Declaring Land and a Right of Way Easement Over Land Taken for Waterworks in Block V, Purua Survey District, Whangarei County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Whangarei, and also hereby declares that a right of way easement, appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Whangarei the full and free right and liberty for the Council, or its authorised servants (in common with the owners and all other persons entitled to use the same), from time to time and at all times by day and by night forever hereafter, to pass and repass, with or without animals, implements, and vehicles of any description over and along the said parcel of land from and after the 1st day of May 1972.
