PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the
land described in the First Schedule hereto, also hereby
proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto, also hereby resumes the land described in the Third
Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said
section 29, and also hereby allocates the land described in the
Fourth Schedule hereto to the purposes of subsection (6) of
the said section 29.

Otago R.D., described as follows:

and thereon coloured orange, bordered orange.

ALL that piece of land situated in Naseby Survey District,
Otago R.D., containing 1 rood and 38.1 perches, being part

the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured sepia, bordered sepia.
