PURSUANT to the Exhibitions Act 1910, the Minister of Industries and Commerce hereby gives notice as follows:
- In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires,—
“The Act” means the Exhibitions Act 1910;
“The promoter” means the New Zealand Motor and Transport Show Ltd.;
“The exhibition” means a public exhibition of works of industry and art to be conducted by the promoter at Wanganui from 5 May 1972 to 20 May 1972 (excluding Sundays) in the Wool Store and adjacent land of New Zealand Farmers Co-operative Distributing Co. Ltd., Prince Street, Wanganui, and to be known as the New Zealand Motor and Transport Show.

The exhibition is hereby authorised and declared to be an exhibition within the meaning of the Act.
