At the Government House at Wellington this 17th day of April 1972
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Mackenzie Hydatids Control District Order 1972.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
  2. The area comprising the Mackenzie County, as from time to time constituted, is hereby declared a hydatids control district to be called the Mackenzie Hydatids Control District.
  3. The Mackenzie County Council is hereby appointed the Hydatids Control Authority for the Mackenzie Hydatids Control District.

PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Waipawa Hydatids Control District Order 1972.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
  2. The area comprising the County of Waipawa and the Borough of Waipawa, as from time to time constituted, is hereby declared to be united to form a hydatids control district to be called the Waipawa Hydatids Control District.
  3. The Waipawa County Council is hereby appointed the Hydatids Control Authority for the Waipawa Hydatids Control District.
