Tariff and Development Board Notice No. 263-New Zealand - Australia Free Trade Agreement—Addition to Schedule A—Arsenic Trioxide, Arsenic Pentoxide, and Acids of Arsenic (Tariff Item 28.11.000)

  1. At the request of the Minister of Overseas Trade, the Tariff and Development Board proposes to inquire into and report upon the question whether goods listed in the Schedule to this notice should be added to Schedule A of the New Zealand - Australia Free Trade Agreement.

  2. The Board will, in accordance with its normal procedures, conduct a public hearing in the Hearing Room, Eighth Floor, Cumberland House, Upper Willis Street, Wellington, on Thursday, 22 June 1972, commencing at 10.30 a.m.

  3. Any person who intends to tender evidence should lodge 14 copies of a typewritten statement of the evidence, to be presented under oath at the public hearing, at the Board's office no later than Thursday, 1 June 1972. To assist in the preparation of this evidence the Board has prepared an outline of the information required for consideration of representations regarding additions to Schedule A of the New Zealand - Australia Free Trade Agreement. Copies of this outline may be obtained from the Board's office.
