Cancellation of a Licence to Use Water Power and Erect and Use Electric Lines

PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity, with the consent of the licensee, hereby cancels a licence dated the 8th day of August 1955 authorising Duncan Ensor, of Rakaia Gorge, Ashburton, sheep farmer, to use water for the purpose of generating electricity and to erect and use certain electric lines (Gazette, 18 August 1955, p. 1299).

PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity, with the consent of the licensee, hereby cancels a licence dated the 19th day of February 1958 authorising Peter Charles Ensor, of Rakaia River Valley, Ashburton, sheep farmer, Maechel Anthony Ensor, of Braintree England, Air Force officer, and Ann Claxby Macleay, of Punta Arenas, Chile, married woman, to use water for the purpose of generating electricity and to erect and use certain electric lines (Gazette, 27 February 1958, p. 245).
