Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block V, Maramarua Survey District, Raglan County

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of April 1972.

All those pieces of land situated in Block V, Maramarua Survey District, described as follows:

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public convenience and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Whangarei as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of April 1972.

All those pieces of land situated in Block IX, Whangarei Survey District, City of Whangarei, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:
