CORRIGENDUM
Maori Warden Under the Maori Welfare Act 1962
In the notice published in Gazette, 23 March 1972, No. 26, p. 623, for the words “James Clerk” read “James Clark”, which last-mentioned words appear in the original notice signed by the Minister of Maori Affairs.

CORRIGENDUM
In the notice dated the 10th day of December 1971, published in Gazette, 13 January 1972, No. 1, p. 9, proclaiming road closed in Block IV, Umutoi Survey District, Pohangina County, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, for the area of road containing 1 acre 1 rood 28.4 perches, secondly described in the Schedule to the said notice, read 1 acre 2 roods 28.4 perches, which last-mentioned area appears in the original notice signed by the Minister of Works.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, being satisfied that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been vested in the Crown, hereby declare the said land to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land situated in Block XVI, Kawhia North Survey District, and described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 30th day of September 1970, and published in Gazette, 15 October 1970, Volume III, p. 1860, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as No. S. 500169, and hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a further portion of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the lands situated within the limits of the area shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 23748 (S.O. 45075, 7 sheets) referred to in the said Schedule.
