the dollar upon the rateable value of all rateable property in
the County of Waihemo, and that the special rate shall be an
annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be
payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every
year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30
years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

I hereby certify that the above-mentioned resolution is a true
and correct copy of the resolution passed by the Waihemo
County Council at a meeting held on the 27th day of March
1972.

MOUNT ROSKILL BOROUGH COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Outer Area Sewerage Redemption Loan 1972—$9,000

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Mount
Roskill Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:

“That for the purpose of providing interest, principal, and
other charges on a loan of nine thousand dollars ($9,000),
authorised to be raised by the Mount Roskill Borough Council
under the above-mentioned Act for repayment of $9,000
borrowed for the purpose of sewerage works, due and
payable on 10 July 1972, the said Mount Roskill Borough
Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0.005c in
the dollar upon the unimproved value of all rateable property
in the Borough of Mount Roskill, and that the said special rate
shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the
said loan and to be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in
each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being
for a period of 10 years or until the loan is fully paid off.”

Passed at a meeting of the Council held on the 4th day of
April 1972.

lodge such claims at the Maori Trust Office at Gisborne on
or before the 8th day of May 1972. Any claims not lodged
by the date mentioned are liable to exclusion.

The claim must show full details and must be certified as
