SCHEDULE

ALL those roads, or streets, or parts thereof, shown shaded on the authority’s plan numbered R.D. 254, Issue No. 2, sheets 1 to 5 inclusive, from Great South Road in the Borough of Ellerslie to Botany Road in the Borough of Howick.

The said roads, or streets, or parts thereof, are shown in detail on the said plans, but a general description is as follows:

(a) Part of the Ellerslie-Panmure Highway in the Borough of Ellerslie;

(b) Part of the Ellerslie-Panmure Highway and Lagoon Drive in the Borough of Mount Wellington;

(c) Part of Pakuranga Road in the City of Manukau; and

(d) Part of Pakuranga Road in the Borough of Howick.

Declaration of Roads or Streets as a Regional Road in the Boroughs of Newmarket, One Tree Hill, Ellerslie, Mount Wellington, and Otahuhu, and the City of Auckland

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon it by section 34 of the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, and of every or any other power it thereunto enabling, and in accordance with the provisions thereof, the Auckland Regional Authority hereby resolves:

  1. That the authority is of the opinion that the roads, or streets, or parts thereof (not being State highways), whether now actually constructed or not, situated within the Auckland Regional District and described in the Schedule hereto:

(a) Form part or will form part of a system of arterial and regional traffic routes (including motorways or State highways) providing for through traffic movement and interconnecting or providing access to or discharge from important areas of traffic generation in the regional district; and

(b) Are or will be of material advantage to the regional district as a whole or a substantial part thereof.

  1. That the roads, or streets, or parts thereof (not being State highways), whether now actually constructed or not, described in the Schedule hereto be declared and the same are hereby declared to be a regional road within the meaning and for the purposes of the said Act, the prior written consent of the National Roads Board (as required by subsection (1) of the said section 34) and of every local authority, whose consent is required in terms of subsection (6) of the said section 34, having been obtained to the making of this declaration.

  2. That the boundaries of the said regional road shall be as indicated on the plans referred to in the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE

ALL those roads, or streets, or parts thereof, shaded on the authority’s plan numbered R.D. 257, Issue No. 2, sheets 1 to 4 inclusive, between Broadway in the Borough of Newmarket and Frank Grey Place in the Borough of Otahuhu.

The said roads, or streets, or parts thereof are shown in detail on the said plan, but a general description is as follows:

(a) Part of Broadway in the Borough of Newmarket;

(b) Part of Broadway in the City of Auckland;

(c) Part of Great South Road in the Borough of One Tree Hill;

(d) Part of Great South Road in the Borough of Ellerslie;

(e) Part of Great South Road in the Borough of Mount Wellington; and

(f) Part of Great South Road, parts of Princes Street, part of Todd Place, and part of Frank Grey Place, in the Borough of Otahuhu.

(a) Mount Wellington Highway in the Borough of Mount Wellington;

(b) Atkinson Avenue, part of Avenue Road, and part of Great South Road, in the Borough of Otahuhu;

(c) Part of Great South Road in the City of Manukau; and

(d) Part of Great South Road in the City of Papatoetoe.

Declaration of Roads or Streets as a Regional Road in the Cities of Manukau and Papatoetoe, the Borough of Papakura, and the County of Franklin

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon it by section 34 of the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, and of every or any other power it thereunto enabling, and in accordance with the provisions thereof, the Auckland Regional Authority hereby resolves:

  1. That the authority is of the opinion that the roads, or streets, or parts thereof (not being State highways), whether now actually constructed or not, situated within the Auckland Regional District and described in the Schedule hereto:

(a) Form part or will form part of a system of arterial and regional traffic routes (including motorways or State highways) providing for through traffic movement and interconnecting or providing access to or discharge from important areas of traffic generation in the regional district; and

The said roads, or streets, or parts thereof, are shown in detail on the said plans, but a general description is as follows:

(a) Part of Great South Road in the City of Papatoetoe;

(b) Part of Great South Road in the City of Manukau (excluding the portion thereof which forms part of State Highway 20);

(c) Part of Great South Road in the Borough of Papakura; and

(d) Parts of Great South Road in the County of Franklin.

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon it by section 34 of the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, and of every or any other power it thereunto enabling, and in accordance with the provisions thereof, the Auckland Regional Authority hereby resolves:

  1. That the authority is of the opinion that the roads, or streets, or parts thereof (not being State highways), whether now actually constructed or not, situated within the Auckland Regional District and described in the Schedule hereto:
