the Auckland Harbour Board to reclaim from Hobson Bay,
Waitemata Harbour, an area of 2 roods and 16 perches, more
or less, as shown, edged red, on plan M.D. 14489, deposited
in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Disabled Persons Employment
Promotion Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Intellectually Handicapped
    Children’s Society (Incorporated), Nelson Branch, Order 1972.
  2. The Intellectually Handicapped Children’s Society (Incor-
    porated), Nelson Branch, an organisation approved by the
    Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons
    Employment Promotion Act 1960, is hereby granted exemption
    in respect of the sheltered workshop at 13 Bolt Road, Tahuna-
    nui, Nelson, from:
    (a) All the provisions of every award and industrial agree-
    ment which would otherwise be applicable in respect
    of persons employed in that workshop; and
    (b) Section 34 of the Factories Act 1946 and all the
    provisions of the Annual Holidays Act 1944 and the
    Minimum Wage Act 1945.

Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

Officers of the Royal New Zealand Navy
PURSUANT to the Navy Act 1954, His Excellency the Governor-
General has approved the following appointments, promotions,
extensions, and terminations of officers of the Royal New
Zealand Navy:
Captain (temp. Commodore) M. J. McDowell to be Com-
modore, with seniority from 18 June 1971 and effect from 10
January 1972.
