NOTICE is hereby given that marine farming lease No. 71 situated in the Matakohе River and the Paparoa Creek in the Kaipara Harbour, granted to Ralph Hunt and Roy Hilton Robinson for the purpose of farming rock oysters, has been surrendered and the lease has been cancelled.

PURSUANT to the Marine Farming Act 1971, the assignment of Lease No. 223 to Orongo Oysters Ltd. was recorded in the Register of Leases and Licences at the Head Office of the Marine Department in Wellington, as of 25 February 1972.

Licensing Fiordland Travel Limited to Occupy a Site for a Pontoon Jetty at Milford Sound

——

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, the Executive Officer, Harbours, Foreshores, and Pollution Section, Marine Department, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Marine and Fisheries, pursuant to section 265A of the aforesaid Act, hereby licenses and permits Fiordland Travel Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore at Milford Sound as shown on plan marked M.D. 14573 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a pontoon jetty as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 2 years from the 1st day of April 1972.

(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be ten dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be thirteen dollars ($13).

Revoking Foreshore Licence Authorising Northland Harbour Board to Occupy a Site for a Boat Grid at Unahi in the Awanui Harbour

——

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Executive Officer, Harbours, Foreshores, and Pollution Section, Marine Department, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Marine and Fisheries, pursuant to section 265A of the aforesaid Act, hereby gives notice that the licence of 28 January 1972* authorising the Northland Harbour Board to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Awanui Harbour, at Unahi, as a site for a boat grid is hereby revoked.

Amending Foreshore Licence Authorising Max John Vuletich to Occupy a Site for a Pipeline in the Wairoa River at Dargaville

——

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Executive Officer, Harbours, Foreshores, and Pollution Section, Marine Department, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Marine and Fisheries, pursuant to section 265A of the aforesaid Act, hereby gives notice that the licence of 1 March 1971* authorising Max John Vuletich to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Wairoa River at Dargaville as a site for a pipeline is hereby amended by adding the expression “and M.D. 14543” after the symbols “M.D. 14074” and deleting the word “pipeline” and substituting the words “2 pipelines”.
