Declaring Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in
Block XIII, Waiau Survey District, Amuri County
Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described

purposes from and after the 3rd day of April 1972.

to a Building-line Restriction, and Revoking Previous
Declaration
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Works hereby revokes the declaration dated the 19th day
of January 1972, published in Gazette, 27 January 1972,
No. 6, p. 165, declaring land taken for police purposes
(residence) in Block XV, Rangiora Survey District, Eyre
County, subject to a building-line restriction, and declares
that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been
entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for police purposes (residence), subject
to the building-line restriction contained in resolution
No. 806592, Canterbury Land Registry, from and after
the 3rd day of April 1972.
