Survey District and proceeding due north to the middle of Ravensbourne Road;
thence generally along the middle of that road, Union Street, Queen Street, Park
Street, Heriot Row, Royal Terrace, London Street, Stuart Street, Kaikorai
Valley Road, Frasers Road and its production to a point in line with the north-
western boundary of Section 9, Block X, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District;
thence westerly along a right line to a point in the middle of Dalziel Road in line
with the north-eastern boundary of Section 1, Block X, aforesaid; thence gener-
ally northerly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the south-

and along that boundary to and north-westerly along the north-eastern boundary

shore of the Otago Harbour due south of Trig. Station EE, being a point on
the boundary of the Electoral District of Dunedin North, hereinbefore described
and proceeding south-westerly along the mean high-water mark of Otago
Harbour to a point in line with the middle of Orari Street; thence generally
south-westerly along the middle of that street, Andersons Bay Road, Lyttelton-
Invercargill-Bluff railway, Goodall Street, Caversham Valley Road, Riselaw Road,
Corstorphine Road, and Stevenson Road to a point in line with the north-western
boundary of the land shown on D.P. 6828; thence south-westerly to and along
that north-western boundary and the north-western boundary of the land shown
on D.P. 6805, to and south-easterly along the south-western boundary of the land
shown on D.P. 6805 aforesaid, and along the production of the last-mentioned
boundary to the middle of Middleton Road; thence westerly along the middle of
that road to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of part Section 70,

generally eastern boundary of the Electoral District of Dunedin Central, herein-
before described, and proceeding south-easterly along the seaward side of the
retaining wall at the south-western end of the Otago Harbour to the north-
western side of Portobello Road; thence north-easterly along the north-western
side of the causeway road across Andersons Bay to and generally north-easterly,
southerly, and south-westerly along the mean high-water mark of the sea to
a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of part Section I, Block
XIII, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, comprised in C.T. 275/29,
being a point on the south-eastern boundary of the Electoral District of Dunedin
Central, hereinbefore described; thence generally north-easterly along that south-
eastern boundary to the point of commencement; and including all wharves and
other extensions seaward, and also including Pudding Island and other adjacent
islands.
