ALL that piece bounded by a line commencing at Yates Point situated in Wilmot Survey District and proceeding generally northerly along the mean high-water mark of the sea to the middle of the Kahurangi River; thence generally south-easterly up the middle of that river and the south-western boundary of Block XIV, Wakamarama Survey District, to Mount Teddy; thence generally southerly along the summit of the Tasman Mountains, Peel, Arthur, Matiri, and Lyell Ranges to Bald Hill; thence again south-easterly along a leading spur to the confluence of the Eight Mile or Boundary Creek and the Buller River; thence due south along a right line to the summit of the Brunner Range; thence generally southerly along the Brunner and Victoria Ranges to Trig. Station Z, Mount Haast in Block XIII, Rahu Survey District; thence generally south-easterly along the southern watershed of the Maruia River and to the summit of the Southern Alps; thence generally south-westerly along the summit of the Southern Alps to Mount Aspiring; thence westerly along a right line between Mount Aspiring and the mouth of the Awarua River in Big Bay to a point in the middle of Pyke River; thence generally southerly along the middle line of the Pyke and Hollyford Rivers to a point due east of Mount Tutoko; thence due west to Mount Tutoko and north-westerly along a right line to the point of commencement.
