the Frankton-Thames Railway; thence southerly along that eastern side to
the south-western corner of Lot 2, Te Ruakaka Block; thence due west
to a point due north of another point, the latter point being 3000 links due
east of the middle of the Waihou River on a line due west from the southern-
most corner of Lot 5, Te Ruakaka Block; thence due south to the last-named
point aforesaid and due west to the middle of the Waihou River; thence
generally northerly down the middle of that river, the Ngahina Canal, and
again the Waihou River to the point of commencement; and including Slipper
Island, the Mercury Islands, Cuvier Island, and other adjacent islands,
Whanganui Island and other adjacent islands and Matakana Island and other
adjacent islands in the Tauranga Estuary.

ALL that piece bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the
Waikato River in line with the eastern side of Pukete Road in Block IX, Koma-
korau Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly up the middle of that
river to and up the middle of the Mangakotukutuku Stream to the intersection
