Hauraki Gulf in line with the southern boundary of the part Waiomaru
Block shown on D.P. 24411, being a point on the eastern boundary of the
Electoral District of Pakuranga hereinbefore described, and proceeding generally
southerly along the mean high-water mark of the Hauraki Gulf and the
Firth of Thames to and along the left bank of the Miranda Stream to a
point in line with the western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 28111; thence
generally southerly along a right line across that stream to and along the afore-
said western boundary and the western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 28111, crossing
the intervening Miranda-Waitakaruru Road, along the western boundary of
part Waitakaruru 4C5, the western boundary of Waitakaruru 4C3, and again
along the western boundary of another part of 4C5 aforesaid, and part
Waitakaruru 4C4, and along the western boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 21822, to
its western corner; thence generally southerly along a right line being the
production of the last-mentioned boundary across Sections 8 and 10, Block VIII,
Wharekawa Survey District, to and along the north-eastern boundary of part

District to its southernmost corner; thence generally westerly along the north-
western boundary of Section 2, Block VI, Piako Survey District, to and along

Parish, to and along the eastern boundary of Section 7, Block VI, aforesaid,
and its production across the Te Kauwhata-Waitakaruru Road, to and along
its northern side, to and along the eastern, northern, and western boundaries of
Allotment 70, Maramarua Parish, and again along the northern side of the
aforesaid road, to and along the north-eastern and northern boundaries of
Allotment 66, Maramarua Parish, the northern boundary of Section 1, Block VI,
aforesaid, a right line across a public road, to and along the north-western
boundary of Section 5, Block VI, aforesaid, to and along the northern side
of Kopuku Road and the north-eastern side of the public road forming the
north-eastern boundary of Allotment 199, Maramarua Parish, to a point in
line with the north-western boundary of that allotment; thence along a right
line across that public road, to and along the aforesaid north-western boundary,
to and along the eastern side of a public road forming the western boundary
of Section 6S, Mangakura Settlement, and along a right line being the production
of the northern end of the last-mentioned roadside across another public road
to the southern boundary of Section 5S, Mangakura Settlement; thence along
the northern side of the last-mentioned public road, which forms the southern
boundary of Sections 5S and 10S, Mangakura Settlement, and Section 2,
Block V, Piako Survey District, to and along the northern and western
boundaries of Allotment 521, Whangamarino Parish, the northern boundary
of Allotment 17, the northern and western boundaries of Allotment 82, and

of the North Island Main Trunk Railway, the southern end and middle of
Emmets Road, to and along the middle of Whangamarino Station Road, the
middle of No. 1 State Highway and Springhill Road, to a point in line with
the southern boundary of Allotment 399, Whangamarino Parish; thence westerly
along a right line to and along the said southern boundary, crossing the inter-
vening No. 1 State Highway, and the production of that southern boundary
to the middle of the Waikato River; thence generally southerly up the middle
of that river to a point due east of the junction of the left bank of that river
with the left bank of the Opuatia Stream; thence generally westerly along
a right line to and up the left bank of the aforesaid stream, to and up the
left bank of the Mangatea Stream, to and along the south-eastern boundary
of the land shown on D.P. 1892, being part Opuatia 4 Block, the southern
