Declaring Land Taken for a Place of Public Recreation or Enjoyment in Block XVI, Mahurangi Survey District, Rodney County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a place of public recreation or enjoyment and shall vest in the Auckland Regional Authority from and after the 13th day of March 1972.

Declaring a Cable Easement in Gross Taken for Post Office Purposes over Land in Block X, Kumeu Survey District, Waitemata County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, a cable easement in gross is hereby taken for post office purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen, her agents, and workmen, the right from time to time to lay a cable or cables under the said land, together with the right from time to time to enter the said land, together with all requisite machinery or conveyances for the purpose of laying, repairing, or renewing the said cable or cables, and for erecting and maintaining such fixtures as may be necessary to indicate the location of the said cable or cables.
