of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway to and south-easterly

City, bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost
corner of Lot 3, D.P. 57563, in Block III, Otahuhu Survey
District, and proceeding south-easterly along the north-eastern
boundary of the said Lot 3, to and easterly along the northern
end of Cryers Road, in Block VII, Otahuhu Survey District,
and the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 16417, for a distance

of 400 links from the eastern side of Cryers Road; thence
southerly along a right line parallel to that eastern side of
Cryers Road, to and north-westerly generally along the
boundary of the Inner Area of the Auckland Metropolitan

p. 408, to and north-easterly generally along the line of mean
high water of the Pakuranga Creek to the point of commence-

15363, and that part of Lot 4, D.P. 15363, comprised in certifi-
cate of title, Volume 18B, folio 128.

All that area in the North Auckland Land District, County
of Waitemata, in Block X, Waitemata Survey district, bounded
by a line commencing at the north-western corner of Lot 1,
D.P. 41296, and proceeding easterly along the northern
boundary of that lot and continuing along the northern
boundary of Allotment 34, Parish of Waipareira, to the line
of mean high water of the Waitemata Harbour; thence
southerly generally along the said line of mean high water to
and up the middle of Lawsons Creek, being the boundary of
the Inner Area of the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District
as described in the Third Schedule of section 4 of the Auckland
Metropolitan Drainage Act 1960, to and up the middle of the
Manutewhau Stream to the eastern side of the Auckland-
Kumeu Motorway; thence northerly along the eastern side of
the said motorway to the junction with the south-eastern side
of Hobsonville Road; thence north-easterly along the south-
eastern side of that road to the point of commencement.

Abolishing the Warden's Court at Cromwell

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
PURSUANT to the Mining Act 1926, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt,
Baronet, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby abolish
the Warden's Court at Cromwell in the Otago Mining District
as from the 15th day of February 1972.
