NOTICE is hereby given that, by duly signed entry in the minute
book of the above-named company on the 21st day of
December 1971, the following extraordinary resolution was
passed by the company, namely:
That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue
its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that
accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.

NOTICE is hereby given that Emma Isabel Victoria Edmonds,
late of Auckland, widow, died on the 30th day of April 1970,
and that by a certificate filed in the Supreme Court of New
Zealand at Auckland, pursuant to section 160 of the Insolvency
Act 1957, the Public Trustee elected to administer the estate,
pursuant to Part XVII of the Insolvency Act 1967, and that a
meeting of creditors, to be held at my office, on the 7th day of
March 1972, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, is hereby sum-
moned.
