Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellations of certain parcels of the land have been changed by subsequent orders of the Maori Land Court; and whereas certain parcels of the land have since been released from the provisions of Part XXIV, aforesaid; and whereas it is desired that the balance of the land (under the present appellations) shall remain subject to the provisions of the said Part XXIV:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1972, No. 6.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked, being replaced to the extent necessary by a notice issued contemporaneously with this notice, as set out in the Second Schedule hereto.

WHEREAS by virtue of Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1972, No. 6, a certain notice under Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 is revoked:

Now, therefore, in replacement of such notice, the Board of Maori Affairs, acting pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1972, No. 7.

2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
