FOURTH SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
Description of Sewage Drainage Easement

THE full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority for Her Majesty the Queen to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a pipe drain under, along, and across the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto and to use the said pipe drain for the unimpeded conveyance of sewage to the Crown’s sewage treatment works situated on the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and shall include the full and free right, liberty, licence, privilege, and authority to Her Majesty’s servants, agents, and workmen, from time to time and at all times hereafter, to enter upon the land described in the Third Schedule to do such work as may be necessary or desirable for any purpose connected with the said sewage drainage easement and for the inspection, maintenance, installation, repair, or replacement of the said pipe drain and any associated equipment or fittings, so that the same may be kept in good and efficient working order; such sewage drainage easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto.

FIFTH SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
Land Over Which Sewage Drainage Easement is Taken

ALL that piece of land containing 6 acres and 33.2 perches situated in Block VII, Strachey Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Run 292; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25752 (S.O. 11667) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange, edged orange.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto and hereby takes the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.

ALL that piece of land containing 0.1 perches situated in Block XV, Waiwera Survey District, North Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 44, Okura Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25162 (S.O. 45861) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall when so closed be incorporated in Crown Lease R.L. 1985, recorded in Register Book, Volume 647, folio 173, North Auckland Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Webber and Sons Limited, a duly registered company having its office at Browns Bay, subject to memoranda of mortgage 412376 and 542606, North Auckland Land Registry.
