Pursuant to sections 8A and 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine and Fisheries hereby gives notice that he approves Bylaw No. 16, Rotorua County Council Lake Waters Control Bylaw 1971, made by the Rotorua County Council by special order and passed by the Council at a special meeting held on 15 December 1971 and subsequently confirmed on 25 January 1972.
