Extending the Boundaries of the Waikato Valley
Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 3 of the Waikato Valley Authority Act 1956, the Minister of Works hereby notifies that the boundaries of the Waikato Valley (as notified in Gazette, of 19 November 1970, No. 73, p. 2139) are hereby extended by the inclusion therein of the area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
All that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waikato County, bounded by a line commencing at the easternmost corner of Lot 8, D.P. 10710, situated in Block XVI, Komakorau Survey District; thence generally north-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 8, D.P. 10710, and its production to the north-western side of Hollands Road, situated in Block XI, Komakorau Survey District; thence generally north-easterly along that roadside to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Part Lot 3, D.P. S. 962; thence south-easterly along a right line to the northernmost corner of that part Lot 3, situated in Block XII, Komakorau Survey District; thence generally south-westerly along a right line to the point of commencement.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 3) 1972
Pursuant to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:
- (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 3) 1972.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. - Goods of the class specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff item in the Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.
