  1. For purposes of this levy notice and in compliance with
    paragraph (d) of subsection (6) of section 15 of the Potato
    Growing Industry Act 1950, it shall be deemed that—

“Table potatoes” means all potatoes of any quality, size,
and condition intended for human consumption, and
“Seed potatoes” means all potatoes of any quality, size,
and condition intended to be used as seed potatoes for
planting.

Fiordland National Park Bylaw No. 2

PURSUANT to the National Parks Act 1952, the Fiordland
National Park Board hereby makes the following bylaw to be
read in conjunction with bylaws passed by resolutions of the
Board and published in New Zealand Gazette, 1961, No. 47,
at page 1058.

CONTRAVENTION OF PERMIT

THE holder of any permit issued by the Board or Secretary or
Park Ranger or other authorised person shall not contravene
the conditions of such permit.

The foregoing bylaw was made by resolution of the Board
at its meeting on 27 November 1971.

Approved Wool-Marking Preparation (No. 189 Ag. 3104)

PURSUANT to section 94 of the Animals Act 1967, the Director-
General of Agriculture, after consultation with the New
Zealand Wool Board, hereby gives notice that the wool-
marking preparation set out in the Schedule hereto (a product
of A. M. Satterthwaite and Co. Ltd., Christchurch) is approved
for sale and general-purpose use in marking wool and sheep.

UNCLAIMED DIVIDENDS

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 47 OF THE MAORI AFFAIRS AMENDMENT
ACT 1967

PURSUANT to section 47 of the Maori Affairs Amendment Act
1967, the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that lists of
unclaimed dividends held by Maori incorporations have been
filed at the District Offices of the Maori and Island Affairs

Department at Whangarei, Auckland, Hamilton, Rotorua,
Gisborne, Wanganui, Palmerston North, and Christchurch and
at all sub-offices of the department where the same may be
inspected during office hours without payment of a fee.

Notice Under Exchange Control Regulations 1965, Amendment
No. 5

THIS amendment which came into force on 2 February 1972,
by the issue of an Order in Council, dated 3 February 1972,
prohibits the sale, transfer, or other disposition of shares in
NMA Company of New Zealand Limited, and the registering
of any transfer of such shares, without the consent of the
Reserve Bank of New Zealand.

A general consent is hereby given to the sale, transfer, or
other disposition, and to the registering of the transfer, of any
shares in the above-mentioned company on condition that the
transfer form relating to the shares is accompanied by a
declaration by the purchaser of the shares that the purchase is
not being made for, or on behalf of, J. H. Vavasseur and
Company, its agents or its nominees, or any person subject to
their direction or control, and provided furthermore that such
declaration is delivered to the Registrar of the Company with
the request for registration of the transfer.

The Road Classification (Hobson County) Notice No. 1, 1972

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the
following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
    (Hobson County) Notice No. 1, 1972.

  2. The Hobson County Council’s proposed classification of
    the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

  3. So much of the notice dated the 27th day of May 1963†
    as relates to the classification of the roads described in the
    Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

HOBSON COUNTY

Roads Classified in Class Two

Waipoua Settlement Road (from the No. 12 State Highway
(Ohaeawai-Maungaturoto via Dargaville) to the State Forest
boundary).

Awakino Valley Road (from the Dargaville Borough
boundary to its junction with Waimata Road).
