NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired, under the Forests Act 1949, as permanent State forest land.

LOT 1, D.P. 61083, being part Te Heke Block, situated in Block XII, Kaipara Survey District: area, 6 acres and 29.5 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 21A, folio 1238.

As shown on plan N. 37/10 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release a certain parcel of that land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV; and whereas it is desired to issue a further notice referring to the balance of the land under the current appellation:

Now, therefore, pursuant to sections 330 and 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1972, No. 6.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

3. The land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

4. Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1972, No. 7, is hereby issued in partial replacement of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto.
