IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of
WAIPANI MOTORS LTD. in voluntary liquidation, members’ winding up:
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at 98 Station Road, Henderson, on the 15th day of December 1972, the following special resolution was duly passed:
It was resolved that the company should enter into an agreement with Helen Maria Rimmer and Astrid Joan Rodrigues to sell the business of garage proprietors hitherto carried on by the company at 98 Station Road, Henderson, for the sum of $8,000 (including stock) and that as from today it cease operating; and with a view to enabling the proper fulfilment of the terms of such agreement that it give its formal consent to the formation by the purchaser of a new company called Waipani Motors (1972) Ltd. and the directors also to undertake to wind up Waipani Motors Ltd. within 6 months.

IN the matter of HANSEN AND HANDLEY LTD., in voluntary liquidation, members’ winding up, and in the matter of the Companies Act 1955:
TAKE notice that, in pursuance of section 281 of the above Act, the final general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Blake and Cox, Chartered Accountants, Thames, on the 19th day of January 1973, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of laying before such meeting the account of the winding up of the above-named company and of giving any explanation thereof.
A member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, and that proxy need not also be a member of the company.
