Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes
of a Road in Block II, Totoro Survey District, Waitomo
County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in
land described in the Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty
the Queen by Lawrence George Keen, of Pio Pio, farmer,
under and by virtue of lease recorded in Volume 77, folio 154,
Taranaki Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a
road from and after the 22nd day of December 1972.
