Notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited at the offices of Messrs Horner and Burns, Regent Street, Hawera, and is there open for inspection; that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land, should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the Hawera County Council at Hawera; and that if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the Council meeting at which the hearing will be held.

OTOROHANGA COUNTY COUNCIL

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928:

Public notice is hereby given by the Otorohanga County Council that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the portions of land described in the Schedule hereto and notice is further given that a plan showing the said pieces of land is on view and open for inspection at the office of the Council at the address set out below during ordinary business hours, and that every person affected by the taking of the said pieces of land could set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the taking of the said pieces of land, not being an objection to the amount of compensation, and send the written objection within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk, Otorohanga County Council, Council Chambers, Maniapoto Street, Otorohanga.
