And notice is hereby further given that the plan showing
the land so required to be taken is deposited in the offices of
Messrs Harris, Tansey, and Harvey, Solicitors, 53 Seddon
Street, Raetihi, and is there open for inspection, without fee,
during ordinary office hours.
Every person affected by the execution of the said public
work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have
any objection to the execution of the said public work or to
the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the
amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in
writing and send the written objection to the County Clerk,
Waimarino County Council, Seddon Street, Raetihi, within
40 days of the first publication of this notice.
If any objection is made in accordance with this notice a
public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the ob-
jector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised
of the time and place of the hearing.

1.3 perches 1 acre 4.9 perches and 1 rood 35.2 perches, being

and 13.2 perches and 1 acre 2 roods 6.8 perches, being parts

on S.O. Plan 28565, part being part of the land comprised in
certificate of title 277/118 (Wellington Registry).

GREY COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Grey
County Council hereby resolves as follows:
'That for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of $15,000 authorised to be raised by the Grey County
Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of
completing the purpose for which the Karoro County Town
Sewerage Loan 1970 was sanctioned, the said Grey County
Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.0837c in the dollar
upon the capital value of all rateable property of the Karoro
County Town, and that the special rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable
yearly on a day to be resolved by the said Grey County
Council in each and every year during the currency of the
loan being a period of 35 years or until the loan is fully paid
off.'

The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.
NEW ZEALAND STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS
These are not now available from Government Bookshops
but may be obtained from the Standards Association of New
Zealand, Private Bag, Wellington.
STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of
general legislative force are no longer published in the New
Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of
the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing),
subscription $10 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram,
$5 per volume. (Volumes for years 1936-37 and
1939-42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
