ALL that area in the Southland Land District, Southland County, bounded by a line commencing at the south-eastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. 3172, in Block II, Invercargill Hundred, being a point on the boundary of the City of Invercargill as hereinbefore-described, and proceeding south-easterly along the production of the north-eastern boundary of the said Lot 1 to the middle of No. 1 State Highway; then north-easterly generally along the middle of the said State Highway to its junction with Kennington Road, adjacent to the south-eastern corner of part Section 26, Block II, aforesaid; then north-easterly and northerly along the middle of Kennington Road and its production to the middle of No. 1 State Highway; then north-easterly along the middle of No. 1 State Highway to a point in line with the middle of Flemington Road; then south-easterly along the middle of the said road to a point in line with the middle of Woodlands - Morton Mains Road; then northerly, north-easterly, and easterly generally along the middle of the said road and Morton Mains - Kamahi Road to the western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 2081; then northerly along the western boundary of the said Lot 2 to the south-eastern side of the Main South Railway; then north-easterly along the south-eastern side of the said railway to a point in line with the middle of Scenic Reserve Road;

ALL that area in the Southland Land District, Southland County, bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of No. 6 State Highway in line with the southern boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 2323, in Block IV, Invercargill Hundred, and proceeding northerly along the middle of that highway to a point in line with the middle of Counsell Road; then easterly to and along the middle of that road to the middle of the public road forming the eastern boundaries of part Lot 1, D.P. 2920, and Lot 1, D.P. 4087; then northerly along the middle of that road to the middle of the Makarewa River; then north-easterly up the middle of the Makarewa River to the middle of No. 96 State Highway in Block I, Forest Hill Hundred; then north-easterly generally along the middle of that highway to a point in line with the eastern side of Hedgehope Hall Road; then northerly to and
