Notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute
book of the above-named company on the 29th day of
November 1971, the following special resolution was passed
by the company, namely:
That the company be wound up voluntarily.

NOTICE OF REGISTRATION OF ORDER CONFIRMING
REDUCTION OF SHARE PREMIUM ACCOUNT OF
COMPANY
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter
of FELTEX NEW ZEALAND LTD.:
Notice is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of
New Zealand made at Wellington on the 26th day of
November 1971 on the application of the above-named com-
pany under No. M. 369/71 whereby the Court confirmed the
reduction of the share premium account of the company by
$9,510,486 from $16,067,785 to $6,557,299, as at the 30th day
of June 1971, was registered by the Registrar of Companies
at Wellington on the 6th day of December 1971.

porated company having its registered office at Christchurch,
to wind up ALPINE FASHIONS LIMITED, a duly incorporated
company having its registered office at 176 Hereford Street,
Christchurch, and carrying on business at Christchurch as
(inter alia) manufacturing furriers:
Notice is hereby given that a petition for winding up the
above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 2nd
day of December 1971, presented to the said Court by
ANDREAE & COMPANY LIMITED, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at Christchurch. And that the said
petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at
Christchurch on the 17th day of December 1971, at 10 o'clock
in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said
company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order
on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in
person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the
petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor
or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on pay-
ment of the regulated charge for the same.

the above-named petitioner's address for service not later than
4 o'clock in the afternoon of Thursday, the 16th day of
December 1971.
BAY OF ISLANDS COUNTY COUNCIL
Notice of Intention to Take Land for Road
Notice is hereby given that the Bay of Islands County Council
intends, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to
take the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto for
road. And notice is hereby further given that a plan showing
the said parcels of land is deposited at the office of the said
Council situated at Main Road, Kawakawa, and may there
be inspected without fee by all persons during ordinary office
hours. All persons affected by the taking of the said parcels of
land and who have an objection thereto, not being an objection
as to the amount of compensation, must state their objections
in writing and send the same to the County Clerk, P.O. Box
11, Kawakawa, so as to reach him not later than 40 days after
the first publication of this notice. If any objection is received
a public hearing of the same will be held unless the objector
otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the
time and place of such hearing.
