Public Reserve Set Apart for a State Primary School in Block XIV, Rotoiti Survey District and Block I, Tarawera Survey District, Rotorua County

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a State primary school from and after the 13th day of December 1971.

All that piece of land containing 6 acres being Section 4, Block XIV, Rotoiti Survey District, as shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton as S.O. 21534, and thereon edged red.

Also all that piece of land containing 7 acres 2 roods 29 perches, being Section 18, Block I, Tarawera Survey District, as shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton as S.O. 29554, and thereon edged red.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block X, Puketi Survey District, and Block III, Pihanga Survey District, Taupo County, for a Water Work

Notice is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for a water work; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Turangi and is there open for inspection; that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same, in writing, and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington; and that if any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
