commencing at the mouth of the Ngauranga Stream and
proceeding south-westerly along the mean high-water mark
of the sea to a point in line with the middle of Westminster
Street; thence generally north-westerly to and along the middle
of that street, Fore Street, Winchester Street, and the Ngaio
Gorge Road East to a point in line with the north-western
boundary of Lot 224, D.P. 2644; thence south-westerly along
the middle of that boundary to the middle of the Kaiwhara-
whara Stream; thence generally westerly up the middle of that
stream to the middle of Curtis Street; thence southerly along
the middle of that street Old Karori Road, Chaytor Street,

Southgate Road, and Buckley Road to the point of intersection,
with the projection of the southern boundary of Lot 14,
D.P. 1467; thence westerly to and along that southern boundary
to the south-western corner of Lot 14, aforesaid; thence
south-westerly along a right line to Trig Station Island Bay 2;
then south-westeniy along a right line to the north-western

and Pyke Rivers to the northern boundary of the County

ALL that piece comprising the County of Golden Bay; portions
of the Counties of Inangahua, Waimea, and Marlborough;
the Boroughs of Motueka, Richmond, and Picton bounded
by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of the
County of Golden Bay and proceeding generally north-
easterly and south-easterly along that county boundary and
the north-eastern boundary of the County of Waimea to the
boundary of the City of Nelson; thence generally south-
westerly through the Waimea Inlet to the northernmost
corner of the Borough of Richmond; thence generally south-
