National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be
a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution
dated 15 November 1971, and pursuant to section 4 of the
Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part
of No. 25 State Highway (Pipiroa to Waihi via Coromandel)
from its junction with No. 2 State Highway to the Thames
Borough boundary as more particularly shown on Sheets 1 to
16 inclusive of plans M.O.W. 17294 and the accompanying
Schedule held in the office of the resident engineer, Ministry
of Works, Paeroa, and there available for public inspection, to
be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration
of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
PURSUANT to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works
Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board hereby
revokes its resolution of 21 February 1966, pursuant to section
4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, declaring that
part of the No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington) from a
point 46.5 chains eastwards from its intersection with Plateau
Road to its junction with the Akatarawa Road in the County
of Hutt, more particularly shown on Sheets 1, 2, and 3 of plan
M.O.W. 20092 and Schedule of properties held in the office of
the Resident Engineer, Trentham, and there available for
public inspection, to be a limited access road, in so far as the
aforementioned declaration affects the said No. 2 State High-
way along its frontage with Lot 2, D.P. 25570, part Sections
110 and 111, Hutt District, Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey
District, Wellington Land District.

Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Union

Arbitration Act 1954, it is hereby notified that the registration
of the New Zealand Master Carriers' and Customhouse Agents'
Industrial Association of Employers, Registered No. 1655,
situated at Securities House, 126 The Terrace, Wellington, will,
unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled on the
expiration of 6 weeks from the date of the publication of this

Authority has been requested to undertake an inquiry in terms
of the Tariff and Development Board Act 1961 and its amend-
ments, and to report in terms of section 10D of that Act, con-
cerning the following goods:
Sensitised polyester film suitable for development by ammonia
process, falling within Tariff items Ex 37.01.09 and Ex
37.02.09.

Average Price for Apples and Pears for the 1970–71 Season
Declared (Notice No. 154 Ag. 3328)
PURSUANT to section 27 (7) of the Apple and Pear Marketing
Act 1971, notice is hereby given that the Apple and Pear Prices
Authority has determined that the average price to be paid to
growers by the New Zealand Apple and Pear Marketing Board
for apples and pears grown during the 1970–71 season shall
be 106c per bushel of bare fruit ungraded and unpacked and
delivered to the receiving depot of the Board nearest to the
orchard on which the fruit was grown.

PURSUANT to section 3 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956
(as amended by section 3 (1) of the Local Authorities Loans
