Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block XIII, Pigeon Bay
Survey District, Wairewa County
Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be set apart for road from and after the
6th day of December 1971.

Canterbury Land District
ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in Block XIII, Pigeon
Bay Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

blue on plan M.O.W. 24228 (S.O. 11010).

marked and coloured as above-mentioned and deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Notice of Intention to Take Land for Road and for the Use,
Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block II,
Whangaparaoa Survey District, Opotiki County
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions
of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work,
namely, the construction of a road; and, for the purposes of that
public work, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is required
to be taken for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto
is required to be taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road;
and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required
to be taken is deposited in the post office at Opotiki, and is there open
for inspection; that all persons affected by the execution of the said
public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any
objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of
the said land, not being objections to the amount of payment of
compensation, set forth the same, in writing, and send the written
objection, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the
Minister of Works at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in
accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held,
unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised
of the time and place of the hearing.

Gisborne Land District
Land to be Taken for Road
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block II, Whangaparaoa
Survey District, Opotiki County, Gisborne R.D., described
as follows:

SECOND SCHEDULE
Gisborne Land District
Land to be Taken for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment
of a Road
ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods and 8 perches
situated in Block II, Whangaparaoa Survey District, Opotiki
County, Gisborne R.D., being part Oruaiti 2B Block; coloured
edged orange on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 25683 (S.O. 6097) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and theron coloured
as above-mentioned. The land is situated on the Opotiki-
Gisborne via Te Araroa State Highway No. 35, and is required
for the realignment of the highway at Oruaiti Hill, approximately
3 miles south of Waihua Bay.

Survey District, Taumarunui County, for Road
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions
of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work,
namely, the construction of a road; and, for the purposes of that
public work, the land described in the Schedule hereto is required
to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of
the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at
Raurimu and is there open for inspection; that all persons affected
by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said
land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said
public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to
the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing,
and send the written objection, within 40 days of the first publication
of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington; and that if
any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing
of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires,
and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

ALL that piece of land containing 1.9 perches situated in Block
XII, Kaitieke Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section
13, Block V, Town of Raurimu; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23858 (S.O. 27588) deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue. (Spiral Hill deviation at Raurimu on the No. 4 State
Highway.)

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in
Block VII, Kaipara Survey District, County of Waitamata
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land
described in the First Schedule hereto and hereby proclaims
that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby
closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Janet Mary Coyle, of San
Francisco, married woman, and hereby proclaims that the road
described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall,
when so closed, vest in Albert Henry Phillips, of Kaukapakapa,
farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. A. 398939 and A.
515680, North Auckland Land Registry and hereby proclaims
that the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is hereby
closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Roy Norman Phillips,
of Kaukapakapa, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage
No. A. 515679, North Auckland Land Registry.
