PURSUANT to sections 32 and 216 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Thames Valley Rotorua Railway on and after the 29th day of November 1971.

Declaration that Land is a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Henderson Borough Council on the 2nd day of February 1971:
"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Henderson Borough Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said borough in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a public reserve for rest and recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act."
