PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the
First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to building-line
restriction No. 47155, and together with the drainage easement
reserved by transfer No. 20125, over the part Lot 3, Plan 1971
(certificate of title, Volume 50, folio 91) coloured yellow
thereon and over the part Lot 4, Plan 1971 (certificate of title,
