1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1971, No. 39.
2. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
3. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked being replaced, to the extent necessary, by notices issued contemporaneously with this notice as set out in the Third Schedule hereto.
4. This notice is issued in replacement of Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1971, No. 28, which is hereby revoked.

Now, therefore, in partial replacement of such notice, the Board of Maori Affairs, acting pursuant to sections 330 and 331 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1971, No. 40.
2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
3. This notice is issued in replacement of Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1971, No. 29, which is hereby revoked.
