IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 (section 281), and in the matter of Broomham Chicken Co. Ltd., Salisbury's Ltd., and General Foods (South Island) Ltd. (all being subsidiary companies of General Foods Corporation (New Zealand) Ltd.), notice is hereby given that a general meeting of the above-named companies will be held at Auckland on Friday, the 26th day of February 1971, at 10.00 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before each company showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of each company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator. To consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolution in respect of each company as an extraordinary resolution namely:

"That the books and papers of each company and of the liquidator shall be left in the care of Mr D. J. Voicey".
